Our guides are general information. They are not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified technician and are not legal, insurance, safety or engineering advice. Garage door springs, cables and brackets are under high tension and can cause serious injury, and a falling door can crush. We don't guarantee availability, response times, prices, workmanship or outcomes, and we aren't responsible for the acts or omissions of any business we refer you to. When you send a request, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you're authorized to request work at the property, and that you agree to be contacted by us and by the garage door business we refer you to about your request, at the phone number you provide.
